We ship all our products with PostNL with track & trace code. After receipt of payment, the order will be shipped. . After we have shipped the ordered product, you will receive an email with a track & trace code. With this code you can track the package.
Depending on the weight and size of the ordered product, it will be sent by letterbox or postal parcel. Shipments abroad are sent by parcel post.
Do you reside outside the EU? Send an e-mail to: info@ateliersage.nl . The transfer and shipment is processed and sent manually because of customs duties, taxes and other charges.
