Items can be returned (with reason) within seven (7) days of receipt, provided they are undamaged and in their original packaging.
The return shipment must be registered using the form below.
The products that have been registered for return must be sent within 5 working days to: SAGE Textiles, Groenelaan 73, 1942 EE in Beverwijk. We advise the customer to keep the proof of shipment. The shipping costs for the return shipment are for the account of the customer. Returns must at all times be sufficiently stamped. Insufficiently stamped returns will not be accepted and therefore not credited. For items that are returned, the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded to your bank account within thirty (30) days.
