Items may be returned (with reason) within seven (7) days of receipt, provided they are undamaged and in their original packaging. The return must be reported using the form below.
The products that have been registered for return must be sent within 5 working days to: SAGE Textiles, Groenelaan 73, 1942 EE in Beverwijk. We advise the customer to keep the receipt of shipment.
The shipping costs for the return shipment are to be paid by the customer. Returns must always be sufficiently stamped. Insufficiently stamped return shipments are not accepted and therefore also not credited. For items that are returned the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded to your bank account within thirty (30) days.
